Do you offer refunds/returns?
We do not offer refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances (like a courier that loses a parcel). Please contact us to test the chalk in person, or arrange to order a smaller quantity to test it out if you are unsure if it will work for you.
Can I test the chalk before buying?
Yes! We always have some chalk with us when climbing at City Rock, Cape Town, and you are most welcome to try it out. Make arrangements with Caleb to meet up.
Can I pickup the chalk instead to save on shipping?
Yes, you can, either in Durbanville, Cape Town; or at City Rock, Paardeneiland, Cape Town. City Rock is very close to Bloc11 North, also in Paardeneiland, Cape Town, so we could likely meet you there too.

What courier company do you use?
We use PUDO (the locker pick-up/drop-off arm of The Courier Guy). We charge a flat rate of R50, and PUDO offers delivery to locker near you, or to your door with tracking.
Do you offer free shipping?
If your order totals more than R400 then a free shipping option via PUDO is available. So order extra for a friend or two at the gym…
